Return policy

Megamart Return & Exchange Policy


At Megamart, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Window

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days from the date of delivery.


2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • All original tags, brand packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product must be accompanied by the original invoice.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following categories are non-returnable:

  • Innerwear, Lingerie, and Socks.
  • Personal Care, Beauty, and Grooming products.
  • Customized or Personalized items.
  • Jewelry and Perishable goods.
  • Items marked as 'Non-Returnable' on the product page.


4. How to Request a Return

  1. Login: Go to your 'Orders' section in the Megamart app/website.
  2. Select Item: Click on the 'Return/Exchange' button next to the product.
  3. Pickup: Once the request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 48-72 hours.
  4. Verification: Our team will perform a quality check at the warehouse before approving the refund.


5. Refund Policy & Timelines

  • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method (Bank/Card/UPI) within 5-7 business days after the quality check.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): You can choose to receive the refund in your Megamart Wallet (Instant) or provide bank details for a transfer (7-10 business days).
  • Shipping Fee: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


6. Exchange Policy

  • You can exchange an item for a different size or color, subject to stock availability.
  • First exchange is FREE. Any subsequent exchange for the same order may incur a nominal shipping fee.


7. Damaged or Wrong Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide photos of the product and the outer packaging.
  • We will arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
